The foundation of Darebin Trade Services was known as Darebin Gas. We laid a vision to cater to domestic households, the real estate industry and manufactures and provide an ultimate solution for gas safety, hot water, heating and cooling.
Darebin Gas commenced operations back in 1995 and now Darebin Trade Services is one of the largest privately owned gas and evaporative cooling service and installation companies in Melbourne. Now with 26 years in business, and over 150 years of combined experience, we provide Melbourne with Hot Water, Heating and Cooling, Electrical and Rental Compliance Solutions.
As experts in the industry, we are aware of the nitty-gritty of the field and ensure that every job we undertake- is done with attention to detail. Darebin Trade Services is a proud member of The Australian Gas Association and the Master Plumbers Association.. Our extensive knowledge and experience has led us to have a successful association with domestic householders, real estate agents and manufactures.
Darebin Trade Services provides in and out of warranty service for leading brands in Australia, but a few of them are Breezair, Braemar, Coolair, Rheem, and Bosch. Our goal is to provide end-to-end solutions that are backed by modern technology, and high-quality, be it doing safety checks or other service work. All company vehicles are fully stocked with a large variety of spare parts so we have you covered in emergency situations, big or small jobs!

Greg completed his plumbing/gas fitting apprenticeship with the Gas and Fuel in the 1980’s.
He commenced working for himself in 1990 and in 1995 he established Darebin Gas which is now one of the largest privately owned plumbing companies specialising in gas maintenance, repair and installation of gas appliances in Melbourne.
Greg is proud of the way Darebin Gas has developed over the last 25 years performing work for some of the largest gas suppliers in Australia, including Origin and AGL, and manufacturers of gas appliances, including Braemar and Rheem.
